I normally don’t post reviews, but after my experience with Steel Restoration I had to. Sebastian Cardona was helpful, informative, on time, professional and patient! EVERYTHING he said he would do, he did. They were on time, which is a plus. And they cleaned up their mess from the job. I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE! Sebastian is truly an asset to Steele Restoration!

Thank you very much for the many consultations and discussions resulting in the recently completed gutter work! The gutter and downspout reconfiguration got us through 4.5″ of continuous rain during Ian without flooding the grill deck, patio, and patio doors on the grill deck. This is a huge big deal to us and protects the investment we’ve made in Anderson windows and patio doors. Today’s additional work should also make us more cloudburst secure for future storms.

I’ve only worked with three Charlotte roofing and gutter companies, but you all are the best in our experience, with a very wide gap between your team and the #2. Our copper-hungry neighbors are happy too. You’re investing in our futures by protecting and beautifying Conservatory house by house! Thank you all again!

My wife and I needed the roof replaced on our sunroom, and an area on the front of our house fixed, due to a small leak. After one place came out, and just ignored me, concerning even giving me an estimate, and another place charging alot to fix the problem areas. I called Steele Restoration. Greg gave me a quick response to the estimate, and he answered any of my questions in a timely matter. Joanne in the office is super great, and was very helpful, with any questions that I had. The Charlotte roofing crew did a great job fixing the leak area, and replacing the roof on the sunroom. In the future, if we ever need any work done concerning our roof, we are calling Steele Restoration, and I highly recommend that anyone else should as well.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with any contractor ever! I’ve used Greg’s services at both my primary residence and my rental property. His persistence and attention to fine detail resulted in the repair of a leaky roof that 3 previous roofers were not able to repair. Greg and his team also replaced the roof on my rental property. We have been a client of Greg Steele of Steele Restoration for three years (minor leaks, gutter repair, etc.). We’ve had four roofs on four different Charlotte residences replaced in the past 40 years. Greg replaced the fifth one yesterday. By far our best experience. Responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, high-quality materials, and immaculate cleanup, the crew of 7 started at 8 AM and finished by 7 PM. It’s no surprise he’s a solid five-star provider. Most highly recommended!

Greg Steele and his crew from Steele Restoration were very professional and prompt, with great attention to detail, and to my requests and observations about my new roof. Greg’s knowledge in the roofing and restoration fields were incredibly impressive and he used that knowledge to help me with every step of the process involved with getting a new roof. I’m very pleased with Steele Restoration. I called thinking I needed my sliding patio door replaced and they sent seomone over quickly to evaluate the problem. He was able to fix the existing door even after several other qualified people were not able to. I am thrilled that they fixed the door, saving me thousands of dollars! I will be calling Steele Restoration again in the future when I need any repairs!

I needed existing gutters replaced; Greg (owner) from Steele Restoration was very responsive to my request for quote. He rearranged his schedule to come to my home since my work schedule left a very tight window for us to meet. After considering three other quotes, I decided to go with Steele – based on price and warranty; and I’m glad I did.

The installation crew was punctual and professional. They met with me to address any pre-installation concerns I had and really listened to me. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently; taking extra care to ensure that my concerns were addressed and that I happy with the install. The inspected all of my facia board as they removed the old gutters. They cleaned up everything (taking away the old gutters) even addressed a minor flaw in a portion of my facia board that was not a part of the installation.

A few days afterward, Greg came by to check with me and make sure that I was satisfied with the look, fit, and finish of the gutters (I was!). The quality, price, and excellent customer service is what makes me pleased to give them a 5 star rating.

Greg Steele of Steele Restoration is responsive and trustworthy. He’s worked on our roof for repairs and for an emergency leak. He came quickly both times and offered a fair price. I would highly recommend him (as I already have) and will use him again when the need arises.

Had an inspector tell me that my roof only needed a small repair, not a new roof. Several roofing companies turned down the job, stating that they were not interested in doing “small” repairs. I then found Steele Restoration. They came out prepared to do the “small” repair, but after looking at my roof,, found things that the insurance inspector missed and encouraged me to request a re-inspection and I did. So glad that I did. The roof was re-inspected and the claim approved. The Steele company was prompt in getting started, showed up when promised, completed the work in a day and a half and left my property looking as if no one had ever been there. My roof is beautiful. I could not be happier!

Greg was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable and honest, he told us our roof had years of remaining life. Because of his honesty and knowledge we hired Greg to repair squirrel damage to our daughter’s roof. Greg sent Alex to install flashing, shingle and caulk damaged boards, again arrived as agreed and completed work professionally. We will hire Steel Restoration for all our future roofing needs.

Outstanding!!! Job completed as promised. Posted on home advisor late on a Monday night. Received a call first thing Tuesday morning. They were able to come and give a quote within a few hours. Since this job was not an emergency. They were at our house first thing the following morning. They charged exactly as quoted and it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this roofing company.

Greg has done 2 separate jobs for me. He did some siding work for me a few months ago and he recently replaced my roof. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Contacted Steele restoration through Home Advisor to fix a loose roof shingle. Greg showed up at the appointment time we set. He fixed the shingle for free. I was willing to pay for the work but he insisted that it was a simple fix. I was pleasantly surprised, I will use Steele Restoration services in the future for roofing and siding work. Excellent contractor…after being in the construction business for 45 years, I feel confident in saying this!!!

I had some major damage to my home offer some storms last year. I had a horrible time with the first contractor and had to locate another. I found Steele Restoration and they were the perfect ones for the job. With a public adjuster background they were able to locate errors in the original estimate from the insurance company. The repairs were done pretty quick considering there were some snowy days.

I have recommended this company to all of my friends who own for their repairs and work. Very professional and knowledgeable; which is the best combination in my opinion.
