My Greenville roof was damaged by hail a year ago, but I had no clue until Sebastian and Chad came to offer a free roof inspection. Steele Restoration and Sebastian did all to help me get the roof changed, including filing a claim with the insurance company, inspecting with the insurance inspector, negotiating costs with the adjuster, ordering materials, and managing the installation. Sebastian was so patient that he explained everything to me in great detail. He was always on schedule for meetings and calls. During the installation, Sebastian was always on-site to make sure the work was done professionally.

I trust Steele Restoration and Sebastian. I will definitely call them for help if there is a need in the future.

Steele Restoration did an excellent job and saw the whole process through from roof inspection, dealing with the insurance company, and repair/replacement of my roof and gutters. Steele Restoration even had to walk me through the process of opening a case with the NC Department of Insurance to get the insurance company to fulfill what they originally had agreed upon and decided not to do. Steele Restoration treated me like family. They were on time, did the work they said they would do, cleaned up when done and worked with me on financial payment. I hopefully will not need roof or gutter repair from Mother Nature damage in the near future but if I did I will be calling on Steele Restoration without hesitation.

In selling a rental property in Simpsonville, SC, the roof was found to be in very bad shape, with serious wind and hail damage. I had four different roofing companies inspect and offer estimates. Chad Caldwell was the perfect partner to work with to get my roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. He helped with every step, from inspection to working with my insurance company all the way to the completion of the project.

The roofing crew was on time every day and worked up to and past dark. They cleaned up every day enough for us to move around and let our dogs out and spent several hours cleaning up on the last day.

My roof looks great. We have a very meticulously landscaped yard, which they protected with cloths, sheets of wood and/or whatever was necessary to prevent damages. I am very pleased with how everything went and would highly recommend them.
