Andrew worked diligently with our insurance, even after getting denied the first time, and made sure we were taken care of. Claire, in the office, was very patient with me as we picked out a shingle color and answered my many questions. I highly recommend!

Steele was very helpful with solving our roofing problems following Hurricane Helene. We were denied insurance coverage three times. The Steele representative Chad Caldwell worked with us and directly with our insurance company and managed to get over half the roof damage covered. A huge accomplishment as we were about to give up and just pay for it directly ourselves. He then managed to negotiate a higher quality shingle at no extra cost. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend them if you need roofing repair or replacement.

He explained the appeal process to me. The job was just started and completed yesterday. Daniel followed up with me today. A very professional company. Daniel was thorough and detailed on the situation with my family member's roof. I have had several roof repairs done with our homes previously, and asked many questions. Daniel was patient and answered all questions. It needed a lot of plywood repairs. The price was appropriate. The roof is gorgeous and much more modern than what they had previously. Fully professional from day one. Very responsive and great in communicating. No push sales, just what was needed. Steele Restoration did a number of roofs in the 280 homes neighborhood. Andrew was super helpful in scheduling, and Claire was great in billing as I messed up and did not handle my insurance checks the right way. Never any problems in splitting the bill, arranging for delays. All in all, great firm. See crew photo attached - great, kind, and respectful hard-working people. Great quality replacement black matte-colored aluminum seamless 6” wide gutters, and 3”x4” downspouts, drainage adapters to existing system, and color-matched rust-proof fasteners for a clean look at competitive prices. Recommend these bigger gutters and downspouts to handle heavier rains. This company stands behind the quality of their work after the job is completed.

Greg and Claire at Steele Restoration are fantastic. They make the roof and gutter replacement process smooth and simple. We had our roof damaged by hail, and they facilitated the entire process with our insurance company, helped with our HOA approval, and made product selection easy. I talked to several companies before picking Steele and all of them wanted to slap new shingles on my house and run; not replace important elements of the roof like flashing; not Steele. They believe in doing the work right! Most important of all, they had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using them if you need a new roof or gutters.

I recently had a complete roof replaced a few weeks ago and Sebastian Cardona and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! Their professionalism, timeliness, and response time were nothing less than perfect! Sebastian was able to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding my roof; where there were issues with the roof, he not only explained them, but he also took pictures to show me so that I could understand everything that was going on.
