Even though we ran into some difficulties and pushback from the insurance company along the way, he was extremely patient and helped us work through the issues again and again. He provided excellent service every step of the way and was incredibly patient in answering our many questions. Highly recommend!

Then you have Claire Cox who masterfully scheduled everything out, and they were on and off my property in a day. My property was clean when they left. I highly recommend Steele Restoration. A recent hail storm damaged our roof and gutter guards. I asked them to also handle a few exterior maintenance repairs. Since the hail damage was covered under our home insurance, Greg was willing to meet the insurance adjuster at the house, saving the possible back and forth that can occur during a claim. From my first contact with Joanne to Greg's hands-on inspection and the finalization with Claire... this company will always be my 'go-to' for exterior home repairs. They are professional, courteous, prompt, and reliable.

We had multiple hail storms in 2024. After the storms, roofers would show up and ask to take a look at the roof. They all said my roof was fine. However, I don't think they actually got on the roof. I think they flew a drone and looked at it. Andrew with Steele Restoration came by in March of 2025 and got on the roof. He gave me a percent likelihood of his best guess of whether or not the roof would be approved by my particular insurance. It was a medium to medium/high percent and I said go for it... no real skin off my back if it doesn't get approved. Steele handled it from there. They filed the claim, they met the adjuster and initially, it was approved. They then provided more, better quality pictures and received full approval. Once approved, they scheduled the day. One day job and done. New roof. New warranty. $24k roof for nothing but a few discussions, emails, and phone calls. Highly recommend these guys, especially Andrew. To my knowledge, they have also gotten 6 of my neighbors (I believe it to be many more) approved and completed their roofs. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Steele was very helpful with solving our roofing problems following Hurricane Helene. We were denied insurance coverage three times. The Steele representative Chad Caldwell worked with us and directly with our insurance company and managed to get over half the roof damage covered. A huge accomplishment as we were about to give up and just pay for it directly ourselves. He then managed to negotiate a higher quality shingle at no extra cost. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend them if you need roofing repair or replacement.
